He's ostentably in New Mexico. I don't believe him, I asked him where all the sand was. He said he expected more sand too. Instead, he's out there with this:

Waahoooo! Just from some of the words in here, like "Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Atty. Gen. They are being represented by former Solicitor General Ted Olson, a conservative, and noted litigator David Boies, who squared off against Olson in Bush vs. Gore," seriously make me light up with hope. This isn't a struggled-out single victory. This is the pressing of a momentum that's going to roll right up to capitol hill.

A federal judge in San Francisco decided today that gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to marry, striking down Proposition 8 , the voter approved ballot measure that banned same-sex unions.

In other, less political news, my friend impressed some members just got invited, admission-free, to an intellectual summit in California. She lives in northern Europe. She can't go. It's a bittersweet experience.
